Dominic's vision continues to shape the company. With a deep understanding of architecture, development, and construction, he brings homeowners, architects, designers, project managers, and trade partners together around a shared commitment to precise execution, enduring craftsmanship, and lasting quality.

Dominic Vozella brings an experienced builder's perspective and a strong design sensibility to every LivModern project. Known for his hands-on involvement, Dominic works closely with clients and the project team throughout design, construction, and finish selection. His leadership helps ensure that every home is as functional and thoughtfully constructed as it is visually distinctive.
David Chavez
Partner & Operations Manager, Naples Division
David Chavez is a partner in LivModern of Florida and leads operations for the company's Naples division. As a Florida Certified General Contractor, David brings local construction knowledge and hands-on project oversight to custom homes and residential renovations throughout the Naples area. He coordinates closely with clients, consultants, trades, and vendors to maintain LivModern's standards from pre-construction through completion.
